Coaches: 

Role: 

• Work alongside the other club coaches in providing exciting and safe sessions for  junior members
• Lead sessions with support from Coaching Assistants
• Liaise with team mangers on specific coaching requirements
• Mentor new coaches coming into the club, providing useful feedback

Training required: 

Lead Coach: 

• ECB Level 2 Qualification
• CRB
• First Aid

Child Protection and Safeguarding

Assistant Coach: 

• ECB Level 1 Qualification
• CRB
• First Aid
• Child Protection and Safeguarding
