LCA Cricket Coaching are offering young cricketers from across Dorset a fantastic coaching opportunity. A bowling Master Class led by a range of LCA CC's leading bowling coaches, along side current and ex Professional Cricketers.

The Bowling Master Class will include:

• The fundamentals of bowling
• Bowling in different conditions
• Developing alignment
• Physical fitness as a bowler
• Assessing batsman and developing plans
• Technical video assessment and feedback

Suitable for young quicks as well as young spin bowlers!

Times: 13:00 - 16.00

Age Range: 10 - 15 years old
