Today saw the launch of #cricketslang on Twitter. The competition was to (in the opinion of LCA Chairman, Richard Logan) get the best Cricketing Slang Word(s) of all time. After many attempts, it was Tom Davies (@tommyballack92) who won over the Chairman with this tweet: 

'It's swinging like a 60's disco' - referring to the movement of a ball on an overcast day / slogging. 

I can vouch for the fact that this had Logan in stitches! Its the simple things in life ay.
