New Forest Junior Cricket Association partner with LCA Cricket Coaching
25th February 2011
LCA Cricket Coaching is delighted to have joined forces with the New Forest Junior Cricket Association. LCA Cricket Coaching will be running a variety of coaching courses throughout the year offering children in the region an opportunity to further enhance their skills and rub shoulders with some of the counties finest players. From Winter Academies right the way through to discipline specific Masterclasses, there will be 'something for everyone' in the New Forest region this coming year and beyond. The reasonably priced courses will be giving the NFJCA a stream of revenue to pump back into the development of the cricket in the area in an attempt to make the NFJCA one of the most successful district setups around.
“We are excited at the prospect of being involved in hosting these courses run by LCA Cricket Coaching and I would strongly urge the keen cricketersof all abilities (boys and girls)in our region to take a look at what is on offer to them as I feel they offer a fantastic additional opportunity to further develop and improve their ability. The coaches that are likely to be gracing the New Forest with their presence in the future are all very highly qualified and have great experience in the world of professional cricket”, explained David Wood, Development Secretary for the NFJCA.
Head Coach of LCA Cricket Coaching and current Hampshire professional, David Balcombe spoke of the partnership, “this is something we have been trying to achieve for a while now and we thank David and the committee at the NFJCA for giving us this opportunity. We see the partnership as a stepping stone for cricketing success in the region and we are thoroughly looking forward to working with the array of talent that I know is out there. These are exciting times looking ahead to the potential that we can hopefully help bring out.”
