Batrepairs was set up by Dominic McMullan a cricket fan, club player and enthusiast.
Dominic has strong contacts in the game and was asked by a player at his own club Richmond CC to see he could get a broken bat repaired, having returned the bat in nearly new condition the player couldn't believe the quality of the work and other enquiries followed soon after.
Batrepairs understand that repairing or refurbishing your existing cricket bat is a more economical option than purchasing a new bat, especially as finding the right bat for you and your game can be hard work, which is why we’re here to extend the life and performance of your favourite willow.
Batrepairs will accept all makes of bats for repair or refurbishment, in many cases we'll also be able to apply original stickers to the your bat.
In the 6 months of trading Batrepairs already has many satisfied customers, see www.batrepairs.com for a list of testimonials and more information.
Founder of the LCA, Richard Logan also chose Batrepairs for his own personal bat, see his testimonial here:
"Following the rare occasion I scored any runs last season with my favourite Adidas bat, I managed to smash the bottom of it in the next fixture. I had put in down as a lost cause until I spoke to Dom at Bat repairs. Following our conversation I sent the bat off with little hope. However only 2 weeks later I received the bat back fully repaired with a new set of stickers looking like brand new. Bat repairs did a fantastic job well worth the money".
Batrepairs has a Facebook site which shows before and after images on repaired and refurbished bats, click on the Facebook button on www.batrepairs.com to view the images and add Batrepairs as a friend.
