Tom Greaves celebrating a wicket
Five-time finalists Woodhouse Grange.CC lost by six wickets to Reed.CC in the final of the Yorkshire Tea Village Cup Final at Lords.
After losing the toss and being put into bat, openers Michael Hatlee (19) and Nick Hadfield (29) gave Woodhouse Grange a solid start passing the fifty mark for the first wicket.
But three wickets in quick succession for Reed soon pushed the Yorkshire side onto the back foot.
Hatlee, Christopher Bilton (4) and wicketkeeper Mike Burdett (1) were all dismissed for just 11 runs to leave Woodhouse 66-3.
And it soon got worse for Woodhouse when Mitchell Cooper (3-39) & Tom Greaves (2-22), both took their second wicket of the match leaving Woodhouse in a precarious position at 87-5.
Stubborn batting from Tom Young (42), who was well supported by Christopher Suddaby ( 32) helped Woodhouse to a competitive 184 for 9 in their 40 overs.
Cooper and Greaves were the pick of the Reed bowlers alongside opener Lee Johnson who finished with figures of 2-45.
Reed reached 42 before their first wicket fell, skipper James Heslam (28) had looked fluent before being caught & bowled by opener Tom Quinn.
Despite Will Heslam (17) departing 42 runs later, Greaves hit 51 in as many balls to put Reed into the ascendancy.
Chris Jackson (37) fell 16 runs short of the target to leave Stuart Smith (22*) & Cooper (6*) to see the match through and take the crown.
