Recruiting New MembersYou are here: Home » YOUR CLUB » Recruiting New Members
It is not only the cricket committee’s job to attract new members but everyone involved at the club. If the club has an active social section with a fun and friendly atmosphere then new members are always going to feel welcome. To create a family feel is incredibly important and that coupled with a thriving junior section can be a real pull to a young family.
On field success although not imperative will always be an attraction; this normally goes hand in hand with well-run and organised training nights which again can be a pull for new members wanting, not only to play, but improve their own game.
“I firmly believe the clubs strong team and family atmosphere is a massive factor in recruiting new players to the club, and because of this, rarely do players leave.”
